As a DevOps Engineer at the company, you’ll have the opportunity to work on challenging Cloud Infrastructure projects. You’ll need to have a passion for wanting to take a software-based approach to solving infrastructure challenges and automate those solutions in this role. A strong understanding of Linux, writing scripts/code in at least two languages, public clouds, troubleshooting are key for success in this role. 

And finally, you should have a strong background in implementing production SaaS environments and be comfortable and able to scope, plan and define architecture design requirements, driving implementation, performance tuning, maintenance, and security.

As a Sr. DevOps Engineer at the company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, scalability, and automation of our complex systems. 

Leveraging your expertise as an operations generalist, you'll collaborate closely with development teams from initial design phases to resolving production issues. The ideal candidate will be passionate about operations, possessing deep knowledge of both the application and product, and will champion automation as a fundamental aspect of managing large-scale systems.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact responsible for the overall health, performance, and capacity of one or more of our Internet-facing services. Prepare systems and program specifications, test criteria, project control, and management reporting. Create software through coding and/or configuring. The candidate must have experience working with a global team, as the company has plants in China, Thailand, India, North America, Brazil, EMEA, and the UK. The candidate must be willing to adjust their work hours to provide coverage at the time most needed during this engagement – in this case, to work their full shift during the hours of 8 am – 5 pm US-CST. The candidate must also be willing to manage and deliver a varied portfolio of tasks from simple configuration maintenance and end-user support through to new process design. Compliance with the company's best practices for minor project management is required.

As a ServiceNow developer at the company, you will collaborate across cross-functional teams to support the company's new strategic push into digital and modernized infrastructure and architecture. You'll play a vital role as a liaison between groups, ensuring that platform decisions and architecture are coordinated efficiently.

Working closely with IT leadership, you'll design and develop integration strategies and layers, translating these decisions into technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to standards, collaborating with entities like the company's IT Enterprise Architecture Office (EAO) to ensure that approved architecture aligns consistently with security and standards set by the company.

As a Salesforce Sr.Engineer, you will take the Salesforce goals from vision to design to reality. You will work together with both the business and IT to design the right solutions within the budget, timeline and unique organizational attributes

As an Application Developer , you will work across cross-functional teams in support of the company's new strategic push into digital and modernized infrastructure and architecture. You will serve as a key contact point between groups, ensuring that the overall platform decisions and architecture are coordinated and built in as efficient manner as possible. You will work with IT leadership to design & develop via PowerBuilder and convert these decisions into technical solutions. You will ensure standards are followed, working with, for example, to ensure the architecture approved is consistent and secure with company standards

The Azure Arch is responsible for building and maintaining an organization’s data infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines. This includes developing the full lifecycle of a Big Data solution (data movement and visualization), including the understanding of end requirements for data use, tool/platform selection, implementing and documenting the solution design, designing data services as well as the development, testing, deployment and optimization of code to production. The Data Arch will also be responsible for the reliability and security of the data analytic systems and will develop triggers, alerts, monitoring applications, access controls and privacy controls to align with corporate security and privacy policies. An ideal candidate would have a broad set of technology skills to design and build an evolving global data platform and learn quickly to adapt to the changing technology landscape of the analytic platform. This position provides opportunities for domestic and international travel.
